Our aim as a school is to nurture well-read, enthusiastic, insightful and knowledgeable readers. World Book Day is an important part of this aim. This year we celebrated by focussing on the book Flooded by Mariajo Ilustrajo. This exceptionally illustrated story teaches a message not to let problems fester and with a little team work and community spirit, no problem is insurmountable.
