Visitor from Chelmsford Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple
Year 4 visitor from Chelmsford Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple.
We were delighted to welcome in Raj from the Chelmsford Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, which is newly located in our village! Raj came in as part of our Hinduism unit 'How does the story of Rama and Sita inspire individuals to follow their dharma?'. The children loved being able to ask questions about dharma and Raj sent us a wonderful email full of praise:
"What left an indelible impression on me was the remarkable curiosity and depth of understanding demonstrated by your students. I was genuinely taken aback by the insightful questions posed by these brilliant, learned children. Their eagerness to engage in meaningful dialogue and their grasp of the topic were nothing short of inspiring. It was clear to me that they are being nurtured in an environment that fosters not only academic excellence but also a keen interest in cultural and moral values."
We are looking forward to welcoming Raj and other members of the temple back in again in the future to visit other year groups when they learn about Hinduism.
