On Friday 18th October 2024, we celebrated harvest at St Andrew's Church with Father Stephen. However, we also said farewell, happy retirement and thank you to Father Stephen too! He has been vicar at St. Andrew's Church for over 25 years and a governor at our school too. During our harvest festival, each class read a verse of a goodbye poem and presented him with a homemade card from each year group and sunset club (where he often popped in for some tea!). Also, we presented him with his very own herdie, to treasure and think of us. We shall all miss Father Stephen greatly and we wish him a happy retirement.
