As part of their Science topic Life Cycles, Year 5 have grown caterpillars into butterflies and are currently hatching chicks from fertilised eggs provided by 'Our Garden Hens' (https://www.ourgardenhens.co.uk/). This amazing opportunity was sponsored by 'Fine Wine Sellers', organised through Mrs Rattue. 

Our 7 chicks hatched last week and their names are: Elvis, Dobby, Yeti, Goldilocks, Stanley, Boris and Cookie. On Friday, they will be returning to the breeder who has other breeders already lined up to buy them!
