During our Harvest Service at the church, we bid a sad farewell to Father Stephen who has served St Andrew's Church for 30 years. Father Stephen is part of Witham Choral Society and they surprised him with a wonderful performance, which included ex-retired-Deputy Head Julie Andrews! Each class read out a verse of a poem we wrote to celebrate Father Stephen, made him a card and together sang two beautiful harvest songs full of praise.

Father Stephen has been a huge part in the school community over the years: marrying parents, christening children, Christingle, Christmas, Easter and Harvest Services and serving on the school's governing body. We are so sad to see him leave, he will be hugely missed but we wish him a happy and healthy retirement.
