Year 5 and 6 had the chance to sign up for Astronomy Club this half term with members of the North Essex Astronomical Society! This is a 5-week after school club discussing various Space topics over the weeks and doing activities to demonstrate this. It is excellent value at £10 per pupil and at the end they receive a certificate, book and bag! 

The children have had the chance to view the moon through an enormous telescope, make moon craters, observe a moving solar system model, use 3D glasses and many more exciting activities!
